MUXXUS collects Data when you subscribe to receive updates or Newsletters. Data may include your first name, last name, and email address. MUXXUS shall treat all Data in accordance with this Policy.

You may opt-out of email-based marketing communications at any time by sending an email with "Unsubscribe" to support@muxxus.com, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing communication.

MUXXUS collects Data to undertake human resources processes. Data may include your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, your CV, application letter, job preferences, referee and salary details. MUXXUS shall collect your consent when you apply to us and treat all data in accordance with this Policy.

MUXXUS may retain Data until you withdraw your consent. MUXXUS will then delete and purge Data from its technology systems within 30 days.

To exercise your rights under this Policy, send a written request to support@muxxus.com. Please clearly state the nature of your request and the Data affected.

MUXXUS will acknowledge your request by email within 5 days. MUXXUS will respond to your request by email within 30 days. Time count commences from when you submit adequate information to process request.

MUXXUS reserves the right to reply strictly in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the right to limit or deny your request to the extent permissible. MUXXUS reserves the right to extend the period by a further 30 business days in complex cases.

MUXXUS will not delete your Data during an ongoing request. Following conclusion of a request, MUXXUS will then delete and purge Data from its technology systems within 30 days., unless otherwise required to protect a legal right or fulfil a legal obligation.

If you are unhappy with how we process your Data or request, please refer to our Complaints Policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue you have recourse to the Data Protection Commission in your respective country.

This Policy describes our current practices however MUXXUS may revise this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be published on the Website and identified by the publication date. Please revisit this page and review the Policy during your use of the Website to ensure that you are aware of the Data collected, retained, and used, and the authorizations granted by you pursuant to this Policy. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of an update to this Policy confirms your acceptance of the updated Policy terms.

The collection, retention, and use of your Information shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada as applicable.
